I don’t find that I use the shortcut window much because in a big project there is just too much in that window. IMO for shortcuts to be shortcuts, it should be very easy and quick (ie one mouse click) to find what you are looking for.

what I would like to see is a multi-select filter on the tree. so, I could exclude things I don’t want to see… (thinking out lound here) actually I don’t even know that would help so much…

you know what I’d really like to see… a bookmark list window (not a tree of course)… that also I guess could include ‘TODO etc….

Maybe I could add some more “views” to the local shortcuts window, so we can see just identifiers in a non-tree way, and this could include ToDos and the like… Seems interesting as an idea…

I am testing out Jungle at the moment, and I have a suggestion for Local Shortcuts – I did a search for similar posts, and decided to add it to this.

Simply this: I’d like an option to make the filenames disappear from Local Shortcuts and just show the classes. I realise files work as ‘friend namespaces’ in Monkey and so are somewhat relevant, but if you are mainly a one-file-per-class coder, they mostly just add clutter to the Local Shortcut window. So having the option to hide them would be neat.

Not a bad idea. I’ll think about it and maybe I’ll add this option. It could be handy!
Remember that you can always use Jump To Definition for quick navigation (Shift+F2 on an identifier)
