    I created an account on JungleIDE.com and logged in. When I entered my license key on the page to register products, the product registration went OK, but the page displayed an error like ten times, saying that it failed to write to .htpasswd. Now, when it asks for my username and password to download products or updates, it always rejects my credentials.

    I’m fixing this exactly now. It’s a problem with the new server permissions. Please, give me some minutes and I’ll get back to you.

    You should be able to download everything now. Just be sure to not be using Internet Explorer if you’re downloading for the customer’s section of this site as Internet Explorer does not work with authenticated downloads. (all other browsers I know of do it).
