Just wondering whether there’s any chance of JungleIDE being released for Linux?

It doesn’t work under Wine, and I’m not prepared to set up a Windows VM for Monkey development just so I can use this, although I’d be quite happy paying for it.

we’re porting most of our internal IDE development framework to Java, but it’s a very long project and no ETA for this yet. The main reason for this change is to be able to provide Mac Os and Linux support.

Many thanks for the swift reply.

That’s marvellous news. I’ll keep an eye open for further news on this.

Yes, this is fantastic! I would gladly purchase another license for use on my Mac if/when you complete the port! (Just voicing my support. ;) )

Any updates on this? I’m a Mac user and would love to use Jungle IDE on mine. I’ve been using Jungle IDE since 2014 and love it.
